How to buy your chosen painting or print

Make a difference

This buying process is delightfully unconventional, but it should be a breezy journey!

Every masterpiece you snag helps sprinkle a bit of joy at the Scottish Children's Hospices charity!

It is a simple three step process

Step 1

Decide how much you’d like to pay for that delightful painting or print you’ve got your eye on - there’s no set price. Choose the amount that feels right for you. Then click on this link to the Children’s Hospice site and toss your chosen amount into their donation hat.

Consider adding a smidgeon more, as a tribute to the incredible work they do there.

UK taxpayers, remember to fill out the Gift Aid form so that the Charity can receive an extra 25% from the government

I’ve decided to fully embrace retirement, so art is now pure pleasure for me. Since I’m no longer exhibiting in galleries, I don’t expect gallery prices.

I realise that having no fixed prices can feel a bit off-putting, so here’s a rough guide:
– Unframed paintings: from around £40
– Framed: add £10–15 to cover hard costs
– Prints: from £20 upwards
– Small framed pictures: from £15 upwards

It’s all going to charity, and if you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid will add another 25% to your donation, so pay what you can — I’ll be genuinely delighted with anything.

Feel free to email me with any questions using this Comment form.

If you are not resident in the UK, please contact me before going through the donation process

Step 2

You’ll get an almost instant thank you email from CHAS. Just forward that email to me at info@artbyLC.com.

Step 3

Then fill in this Request Form and click ‘submit’.

I’ll ship your artwork to you within 5 days, often quicker.

An idea, before you go!

Are you looking for an original present for someone?

Just think: a quirky masterpiece or a whimsical print could be the perfect one-of-a-kind gift!

Or, why not sprinkle a little joy by giving someone a gift voucher?

Follow the 3 step process above, then tell me whether you want your friend to choose a painting, a print or a small framed work, and I’ll whip up a delightful gift voucher to send them, so that they can pick their very own treasure!
